“I train sometimes 7 days a week up to twice a day while racing season is in full swing and making sure I take good care of myself is important so I can continue to race at full capacity.


Since floating pre and post race I find my muscles are far less tense and mentally I’m clearer and far more relaxed.

It’s taken a couple of goes at it for me to get used to the whole experience but now I really enjoy and look forward to my float sessions. I would definitely recommend it to athletes or anyone keen to unwind.”
